CruiseOne is a full Member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) since 1995. We believe in the IFA Code of Ethics that is intended to establish a framework for the implementation of best practices in the franchise relationships. The Code represents the ideals to which all IFA members agree to subscribe in their franchise relationships. They are:
Trust, Truth, and Honesty - Our public image and reputation of the franchise system is one of its most valuable and enduring assets. A positive image and reputation will create value for our franchisees, attract investment, help capture additional market share, and enhance consumer loyalty and satisfaction. This can only be achieved with trust, truth, and honesty between franchisors and franchisees.
Mutual Respect and Reward - IFA members are committed to showing respect and consideration for each other and to those with whom they do business. Mutual respect includes recognizing and honoring extraordinary achievement and exemplary commitment to the system. IFA members believe that franchisors and franchisees share the responsibility for improving their franchise system in a manner that rewards both franchisors and franchisees.
Open and Frequent Communication - To foster franchising as a unique and enormously successful relationship, IFA members commit to establishing and maintaining programs that promote effective communication within franchise systems. These programs should be widely publicized within systems, available to all members of the franchise system, and should facilitate frequent dialogue within franchise systems.
Obey the Law - IFA members enthusiastically support full compliance with, and vigorous enforcement of, all applicable federal and state franchise regulations. This commitment is fundamental to enhancing and safeguarding the business environment for franchising. IFA members believe that the information provided during the presale disclosure process is the cornerstone of a positive business climate for franchising, and is the basis for successful and mutually beneficial franchise relationships.
Conflict Resolution - IFA members are realistic about franchise relationships, and recognize that from time to time disputes will arise in those relationships. IFA members are committed to the amicable and prompt resolution of these disputes. IFA members believe that franchise systems should establish a method for internal dispute resolution and should publicize and encourage use of such dispute resolution mechanisms.
Support of IFA and the Member Code of Ethics - Franchisees and franchisors have a responsibility to voice their concerns and offer suggestions on how the Code and the International Franchise Association can best meet the needs of its members. Franchisors and franchisees commit to supporting and promoting the initiatives of the IFA and advocating adherence to the letter and spirit of the Member Code of Ethics.

CruiseOne has been a member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) since 1992. CLIA is the world's largest cruise association and is dedicated to the promotion and growth of the cruise industry. CLIA is composed of 23 of the major cruise lines serving North America and is an organization that operates pursuant to an agreement filed with the Federal Maritime Commission under the Shipping Act of 1984 and serves as a non-governmental consultative organization to the International Maritime Organization, an agency of the United Nations. CLIA was formed in 1975 in response to a need for an association to promote the special benefits of cruising and in 2006 merged with the International Council of Cruise Lines (ICCL), a sister entity created in 1990 dedicated to participating in the regulatory and policy development process of the cruise industry. CLIA exists to promote all measures that foster a safe, secure and healthy cruise ship environment, educate, train its travel agent members, and promote and explain the value, desirability and affordability of the cruise vacation experience. Prior to its 2006 merger with ICCL, CLIA became the principal external marketing organization for its member lines in 1984 following the consolidation of several other industry organizations into CLIA. Currently, more than 16,000 travel agencies are affiliated with CLIA and display the CLIA seal (which identifies them as authorities on selling cruise vacations). In addition, nearly 100 of the most innovative suppliers of goods and services to the cruise industry make up CLIA's Executive Partner program

• Recruiting an ownership base rich in diversityThe Professional Association of Travel Hosts, Inc. (PATH) is a non-profit, all-encompassing, non-partisan corporation, with a membership comprised of U.S. Host Agencies
The concept of the Host Agency has blossomed significantly in the past three years flourishing into an array of business models that have confused what a Host Agency truly is. This has resulted in the need for a professional society of Host Agencies that want to establish operating standards with strict enforcement among its members.
The Travel Supplier presently has access to home-based agents through home-based agent membership associations who represent nearly 10,000 home-based agents. However, there are OVER 10,000+ home-based agents affiliated with Host Agencies accounting for the balance of the market. Since home-based agents, in general, are the most elusive for the Travel Suppliers to reach, PATH offers an excellent opportunity to communicate with these people in an efficient manner
The purpose of PATH is:
