Learning resumes long after initial training is complete. As part of our eLearning program, our continuing education tool offers self-paced courses that provide our franchisees with an on-demand learning environment. In addition, we provide weekly webinars with our travel suppliers to discuss the latest and greatest happenings within the industry.
Throughout the year, CruiseOne’s headquarters team offer Regional Training opportunities which can be land-based or cruise-based. We spread these throughout the nation in an effort to accommodate most of our Franchise Owners. Plus, we invite our cruise and land travel suppliers to educate you on the latest product and opportunities in the industry. These valuable seminars support a 15% sales increase to Franchise Owners who participate.
CruiseOne prides itself when it comes to our annual National Conference. We have hosted our National Conferences onboard the industry’s most elite cruise ships and destinations, showcasing some of the newest trends and insights. Every year, attendance grows and so does our remarkable program. This becomes the perfect opportunity to meet with your peers, network with cruise line executives and CruiseOne headquarters staff.
