Our Executives

Brad Tolkin / Jeff Tolkin
Brad Tolkin is President of CruiseOne and Co-Chairman/Co-CEO of World Travel Holdings. Jeff Tolkin is Co-Chairman/Co-CEO of World Travel Holdings.

Each has more than 25 years of experience as an operating executive in the travel industry. Prior to co-founding World Travel Holdings in 2005, the Tolkins owned and operated Travel Impressions, one of the country's most successful privately held travel wholesalers. Under the Tolkins' leadership, Travel Impressions was profitable for 22 consecutive years and successfully operated such prestigious industry brands as Pan American Holidays, Eastern Vacations, Continental Airlines Vacations and Virgin Atlantic Vacations. In 1992, the Tolkins acquired Empress Travel, a retail travel agency with 40 stores, and expanded it to include over 100 locations.

Travel Impressions and Empress Travel were both sold to American Express in 1998. During the Tolkins' tenure at American Express, they successfully transitioned both operations to wholly owned subsidiaries of American Express.

Brad holds a BS from Cornell University and Jeff holds a BA from Columbia College and a JD from Columbia Law School.


Dwain Wall
Dwain Wall serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CruiseOne. Wall brings over 25 years of experience in the travel industry and will continue to grow the company's franchisee and independent contractor agency base, providing industry-best support to our agents. Wall joined CruiseOne in April of 2008. Prior to his arrival, Wall was a consultant to Hotels.com, a leading hotel consolidator owned by Expedia, and was responsible for strategic account acquisitions. He also was a founding member of the team that grew Grand Expeditions, a luxury and adventure travel business. Wall started his travel career at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where he held various positions over 17 years including Vice President of Leisure, North America. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and also a Certified Travel Consultant of George Washington University.
 

Joelle Delva
Joelle Delva serves as the Vice President of Operation and has worked in the cruise vacation industry for more than 18 years, beginning her career with The Cruise Line Inc. Throughout her tenure, Joelle held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of payroll, finance, telecommunication, information technology and general operations within The Cruise Line, Inc, Travel Services International, MyTravel-Shared Services, and CruiseOne. Her experience includes responsibility for day to day operation of the employees that make our customers' needs a reality; developing policies and procedures towards fiscal responsibility while delivering quality products and services.
 

Sandi Szalay
Over the past decade, Sandi Szalay, CruiseOne’s Vice President of Technology, has led the company’s technological evolution. Under Szalay's guidance, CruiseOne has moved to the forefront of the industry with proprietary software development and unrivaled technical support. This includes the launch of Cruise Control, the company's web-based cruise selling application, the first to offer online pricing and booking with major cruise line partners. Previously, Szalay held various senior leadership positions with Interzine Productions, a leader in interactive leisure sports websites.

 

Drew Daly
Drew Daly is a long-time member of the World Travel Holdings family. He joined the company as a travel agent and quickly moved up the ranks into sales management. In early positions with WTH, Drew managed the Virginia Beach call center and worked as Manager of Retail Sales, where he oversaw the operations of 26 retail locations. In 2002, Drew began creating what is now the nation's most impressive, comprehensive virtual sales network. Simultaneously over the past eight years, he has worked alongside WTH’s leaders in turning travel industry trends into sales opportunities.

In this position, Drew oversees the CruiseOne Training and Business Development teams. He is responsible for managing the company's agent training programs and overseeing continuing education programs, including the Regional Training Program, Seminars @ Sea and annual National Conference. Drew is also responsible for creating new programs to maximize Business Development efficiencies and crafting internal campaigns that will help surpass the company's revenue goals.

As a valued member of the Senior Management team, Drew works closely with the company's agents and travel partners. He also collaborates frequently with various internal groups, including the Marketing and Communications Team, to orchestrate effective cross-promotional programs that ensure agents' success.

Tim Courtney
Tim Courtney serves as the Manager of Franchise Development. Courtney has worked in the industry for more than 10 years beginning his career with Cruises Only as an Executive Cruise Consultant. Courtney has held various positions of increasing responsibility including training and management. Courtney held the position of General Manager at CruisesOnly from 1999 to 2001. Courtney later joined MyTravel (which became NLG/WTH) Corporate Training Team as a Manager of Corporate Training delivering training to all of its sales centers nationwide. In 2006, Courtney joined CruiseOne in a Training and Education role and helped launch the company’s online learning academy. Courtney is a certified training specialist and sales trainer.

 

Janet Harris
Janet King Harris serves on the Franchise Development team and has had an extensive career in the travel industry and as an entrepreneur owning her own businesses in Indianapolis. She began her career in corporate travel sales in 1985 followed by positions in government travel, hotel sales management and as a top producing member of the Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associate / franchise sales team in the 1990's. Janet served as Sales Director for World Travel Partners (now BCD Travel) U.S. Affiliates Programs working with travel agency owners with sales up to 150 million dollars annually. In recent years, Janet launched, grew and sold several of her own businesses in the service industry.
